About Ball & Claw

Ball and Claw Antiques is located in a beautiful 1920’s Dutch Colonial Revival house. Once the stately home of the town grocer, the building has had many lives, including a home for the sick, a doctor’s office, and  a dentist’s office.  Beautiful original details have been preserved inside and out, including an oversized river stone fireplace, inlaid hardwood floors, elegant center hall chestnut staircase, spider web and eyebrow windows.

The 2024 incarnation features 3500 square feet over 2 floors, of carefully chosen antique dealer rooms & cases and an in-house coffee shop. The gardens will be an excellent backdrop for antique markets, garden furniture and statuary.

Ball & Claw coffee shop offers counter service as well as a walk up window, for early morning coffee. Uptown Kingston favorite, Stockade Tavern will have a cocktail truck in the garden and be serving drinks several days a week, along with various food pop ups.
